Human Capital and Compensation Committee
The principal responsibility of Allied Motion’s Human Capital and Compensation Committee is to make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning the compensation of the Company's management employees including its executive officers. The Human Capital and Compensation Committee also reviews, approves and recommends to the Board for their approval all awards granted under the Allied Motion stock incentive plan.
