Mr. Michaud joined Allient in June of 2024 and currently serves as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is an accomplished finance leader with over 20 years of experience in various industries including consumer products, manufacturing, contract food service, retail, hospitality, and sports entertainment, working with both public and private companies as well as private equity backed firms.

Prior to joining Allient, Mr. Michaud held the position of Senior Vice President and CFO of Elior North America’s Professional Dining and Events business segment. His previous roles included Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Honeywell’s Transportation Services Group, Chief Financial Officer of Shaw’s Supermarket, Chief Risk Officer and Vice President of Internal Audit at Warnaco Group, Vice President and Controller at Armored Auto Group, and Vice President of Global Business Services and Corporate Controller at Delaware North. He started his career in public accounting and held a senior position at Ernst and Young.

Mr. Michaud holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Bentley University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in finance.
