Mr. Mastromattei was named Group President of Allient NovaMech group in July 2025. He has led the commercial team for Allient as the Chief Commercial Officer since March 2024. Mr. Mastromattei joined Allient in 2023 along with the acquisition of Sierramotion, Inc. a company he co-founded in 2019 with core values of designing and producing customized motor solutions for Medical, Semiconductor, Satellite Communications and Defense applications. He was a co-founder and President of Applimotion, Inc. a dominant supplier of motors and mechatronic assemblies to advanced industrial markets for more than a decade. Prior experiences include V.P. of Semipower Systems and Director of Sales and Marketing at Pacific Scientific/Danaher Motion. Mr. Mastromattei also has a long technical history as a motor designer, including a M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire. He has also authored several patents in the motion control field.
