Mr. Steve Warzala currently serves as President of Allient Defense (Solutions – “AD”), a position that places him at the forefront of Allient’s strategic push into the Defense sector. AD is Allient’s first Vertical Market Business Unit, created to accelerate growth and deliver tailored, mission-critical technologies to one of the company’s most vital and fast-evolving markets.

Steve also serves as Chief Growth Officer and Corporate Vice President at Allient. In this capacity, he leads the company’s Corporate Marketing Department, oversees the AI Taskforce, and heads Community Development initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy, including its global acquisition efforts and its rebranding from Allied Motion to Allient—a transformation that reflects the company’s expanded focus on Motion, Controls, and Power technologies.

Steve joined the company in 2010 as a marketing intern and has held a variety of sales and marketing roles, including Regional Sales Manager, Director of Marketing, and Vice President of Business Development. He was appointed Director of Strategic Business Development in 2019, promoted to Chief Growth Officer in February 2024, and named President of Allient Defense in December 2024.

Before joining Allient, Steve worked in the broadcast industry. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management & Marketing and Broadcast Communications from Mercyhurst University.

Outside of his professional work, Steve has served as an Executive Board Member of the Greater Buffalo Adaptive Sports Foundation since 2022.
